"Trent created a very beautiful complete basement renovation for me that exceeded my expectations. I started my journey like probably many people: with a budget. I looked on google and Kijiji for basement renovators and got quotes and ideas from many people. Let me advise you: don't go through Kijiji - there are many shady people who will rip you off, I almost lost thousands on one guy who had references (that actually checked out) and the whole deal and there didn't seem to be any negative google reviews on his company, but then I googled his name and he was being sued. No, I advise you simply to search on Google and look for the companies AND people with the best reviews, in this Trent is first class. So after many people came into my undeveloped basement and gave ideas, I perpetuated their ideas for room placement to subsequent contractors, with the den in one particular area. Trent came along and upended that and advised that the den be placed where I initially wanted the TV and where the previous owner had placed his TV. Trent's idea resulted in a much larger recreation area and better use of space that many of my friends have remarked on and loved. Trent's entire team did their work and made adjustments according to my wishes professionally and without fuss and muss - the whole project was not stressful. They also replaced all the poly-B in the house for a very reasonable price (better than specialists). Their carpentry and materials were top notch. They completed the project on the exact day they said they would despite the additional features. Trent was very pleasant and accommodating throughout the process. My basement is really the basement of my dreams. I would highly recommend Trent's team and would very happily work with them again if I had another basement to develop."
